Beautiful country house "La Cheneraie", 2 storeys, semi-detached, from the 19th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 km from the centre of Hourtin, 12 km from the centre of Lesparre, 61 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in a secluded position, 16 km from the sea, 15 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 15'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) secured (5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 10 km, sandy beach "Pin Sec, Naujac" 16 km, bathing lake "Hourtin-Port" 15 km. Marina 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Beautiful view of the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

    Excellentes vacances

    Le logement est neuf, fonctionnel et bien équipé. On trouve de la vaisselle en quantité et des équipements de qualité. Le terrain est grand avec piscine, terrain de volley/badminton et trampoline. Les biches viennent faire un petit tour. C'est la campagne et le calme. Les accès aux services et lac se font à 15 minutes de voiture et à l'océan à 20 minutes. Des aménagements prévus par les M. et S. devraient encore améliorer la location. L'accueil est chaleureux et très sympathique

    Bon séjour à la cheneraie

    La maison est très agréable en pleine forêt et très propre. Avec un peu de chance vous pourrez voir des biches à la tombée de la nuit. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillant, (merci pour leur gentille attention )
