Accessed by lift directly into the living area of the flat. The main floor is distributed in a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and built-in kitchen, a guest toilet, access to the communal staircase and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower).
On the upper floor, which stands out for its wooden walls and double height ceilings, you will discover 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. One of them has been distributed with 2 beds and an upper bed and the other as a double room.
Together with the house Pin Ròi, they form a building built using an old "bòrda".
The rental includes a parking space* in the same building and another one, with ski lockers, under the cable car access to the ski resort Baqueira-Beret. Comfort for your skiing days enjoying the charm of the villages of the Aran Valley.
* The parking space can be narrow, this is due to the fact that it is an old building that has been renovated in keeping with the original spaces. Depending on the length of the vehicle, it may be necessary to make several manoeuvres to access the garage.
