Apartment located in Pleta de Nin de Beret, a few meters from the Esquirós chairlift at Cota 1700. The two most outstanding characteristics of this apartment are undoubtedly its brightness, since it receives many hours of sunlight a day and the spectacular views that can be enjoyed from the terrace of both the resort and the Ruda Valley.
The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, it offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A master bedroom with a full bathroom and two other bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a trundle bed, both share the second full bathroom of the apartment.
It also has an open style kitchen and a cosy living room with a large windows, fireplace and terrace, all with rustic decoration to make you feel warm and at home in the mountains. It has a parking space and a ski storage closet in the same building. Wi-Fi included.

Facilities not up to standard

Broken guest toilet which ran water the entire week. Neighbours left their two dogs in the apartment next door on a daily basis - berked constantly!!! Agent could not speak English and we could not speak Spanish.
