Booking/Communication was easy and very prompt. Condo had everything we needed and expected. Excellent cleanliness and welcoming upon arrival! We will definitely rebook in the future!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Summerwind. Though the building is older, this condo had been updated and looked nice. The view and beach access are wonderful and it's very close to the pier. The HOA (not the condo owner) has started a new parking rule that could cost over $200, so be sure to follow their instructions.
