"Pros: The highlight of the place is definitely the balcony/location. It is just a place to stay and linger admiring the view. Either during the day or even at night with a blanket. The nearby lake and mountains are great for hiking and relaxing. We even hiked all the way to the Italian border! That being said the house is also completely renovated so it is definitely great as well. Everything is according to the pictures."

The Tamaninis were perfect hosts, always ready to help and making our stay as comfortable as possible, especially at breakfast where they put on a lovely buffet with homemade treats. Wonderful location, ideal for hiking and excellent public transport to Innsbruck and nearby towns, and also very good restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly recommend Gästehaus Sonnenheim and will certainly go back!"

"We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Lots of choice at breakfast, all to be eaten overlooking the beautiful river. Excellent location, close to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Overall, we very much recommend the hotel!"
