This place is a gem. The rooms are so clean. The staff is amazing. They always seem to remember us when stay. The restaurant Los Arcos it worth stopping by. The food is so good. I highly recommend this Hotel.

We stay here regularly when we travel back and forth from Chapala and Tucson. We normally travel with our dog and this place allows it and is safe, clean and nice.

Hotel is getting tired… first room with lots of water leakage.. moved to a room with no water pressure…no coffee maker, fridge, soap or whatsoever in the room. BAREBONES. Great restaurant and pool though. Front desk not a speak word English. Everything clean and good beds. Good clean hotel for Mexico. Dogs welcome.
