"Overall the stay was not good as we had some issues with staff response. It looked like enough attention was not paid to guests, in terms of preparation of dinner (which took over 2 hours) and only one option in breakfast (parantha n curd). Also there are issues with electricity and we were left alone in the haveli. The staff and owner did not even care to turn the power backup on. They didn’t even thought of guests experiencing inconvenienece. Also they were not even courteous to apologize to...

"Very big property. Well maintained. Neat & Clean both rooms and entire resort. Pool was very clean. The service is very good and prompt. Lot of choices were available in the buffet breakfast. The location is on the main road but only drawback is the proximity from Nawalgarh / Mandawa. Though the connecting road is being repaired but it will take 45 mins to 1 hr to reach the historical places."

"Stunning beautiful property. Warm welcome, beautiful room with comfy mattress and white clean towels. Nice garden. Very quiet, relief after busy days. Had the opportunity to meet the friendly owner who shared his story about this Havela and its renovation. Wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Loved Mandala as well."

"The room is clean and staffs are so friendly. Unfortunately I had a pleblem that hot water didn't come from the shower but they had tried to fix it hardly. At that night they prepared for a bucket of hot water. Finally it could be fixed in the morning."
