This stunning villa spans across 125 sqm and boasts three levels, offering ample space for up to nine people. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two verandas, and two balconies with sea and mountain views, guests will be treated to a truly remarkable stay.



On the first level, there are two bedrooms with double and one of them also has a single bed, as well as one bathroom and a veranda. The second level features a spacious living room complete with a TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, and coffee machine. There is also a king size double bed and a bathroom on this level, along with two verandas that offer breathtaking views.



The third level boasts a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and two balconies with stunning sea and mountain views.



Outside, the villa features a barbecue area and parking space, and guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool with the other villas. With such luxurious amenities, guests are sure to enjoy an unforgettable stay.

Great vacations

A Perfect Stay in Paradise!We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Naxos! The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and private, yet just a short walk to a stunning beach with crystal-clear waters.The house itself is fantastic: stylishly designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island. Whether enjoying breakfast on the terrace or a sunset swim, the villa offered the perfect mix of luxury and comfort.Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local tips and ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish.We can’t recommend this villa highly enough — a true gem on a beautiful island. We’re already dreaming of coming back!
