This was a perfect hotel! It is quiet, clean, has a beautiful view of the sea and temple, and has a wonderful breakfast. It is close to all the restaurants and the bus terminal/port area. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone staying in Naxos.

A Haven on the Hill of Naxos town

Hotel Anixis is a haven up on the hill of Naxos old town. You meander you way up the trough the maze of alleyways for about 5 minutes from the port to find the beautiful little hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming, the rooms spotless and modern and taking breakfast on the roof terrace for €8pp is definitely a recommendation. A great place to base yourself for 1 or 2 nights.

Great place to stay in the Chora! A bit of exercise to get there with the luggage but it is worth it! The rooms are spread out, very interesting layout Our room was great and very clean with a nice ocean view. Staff was great and very helpful Good breakfast I recommend this place!!

Très joli hôtel en plein Chora à Naxos. Charmant, idéalement situé (accroché au pied du kastro) une vue incroyable lorsque l’on a une chambre à l’étage, vraiment adorable. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, le ménage est impeccable et une attention particulière est portée à la consommation d’énergie (clim déclenchée avec fenêtre fermée uniquement, clef de badge de l’électricité,…) point écologique peu mi en avant ailleurs dans les Cyclades. A noter un personnel charmant et attentionné, et un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse à la hauteur des autres prestations. Vraiment top!

Gezellig hotelletje in oude stad

Prachtige locatie in de oude stad, gezellige straatjes, dicht bij kastro, restaurantjes, kleine supermarkt en traditionele bakker, wandelafstand van de haven (waar ook het busstation en de taxi stop zich bevinden). Klein privé balkon en gemeenschappelijk dakterras (met prachtig uitzicht), airco, moderne badkamer. Ontbijt beschikbaar voor 8 euro per dag, bestaande uit een klein buffet.

ho chiamato numerose volte al numero di telefono dell'hotel ( a cominciare dalla mattina precedente il mio arrivo ) per avere informazioni se avevano un servizio di navetta dal porto e sempre mi chiedevano di richiamare 15 minuti più tardi evitando qualsiasi risposta. alla fine in una telefonata ho chiesto con insistenza di avere una risposta e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto prendere un taxi. arrivata quindi al porto di naxos , accompagnata da mio marito,abbiamo preso un taxi per recarci all'hotel anixis. il tassista ci ha lasciato in un piazzale dalla parte della città opposta al porto dicendo che da lì avremmo dovuto proseguire a piedi perchè l'hotel era raggiungibile solo a piedi con una salita molto ripida attraverso un dedalo di viuzze a gradini molte delle quali senza uscita e totalmente oscurate anche dal più potente navitatore satellitare di google maps e dove persino gli abitanti del posto ai quali abbiamo chiedo numerose volte informazioni non hanno saputo darci alcun chiarimento in merito all'hotel. dopo oltre un'ora di cammino, con 3 valige, stremati dal caldo ( 40 gradi ) e dalla sete ( non c'erano bars o negozi per potersi rifocillare ) ho telefonato all'hotel. anche questa volta mi hanno risposto di richiamare dopo15 minuti. spazientita ho alzato la voce e ho esposto il ns problema, chiedendo di venirci incontro. hanno nuovamente voluto saper il mio nome e il numero di prenotazione, dopodichè mi hanno risposto che a loro non risultava nessuna prenotazione e
