Staff was very friendly and the location is very good due to the fact that you only need 5-10 minutes to get into the town. Unfortunately, you can hear every little noise even when other people are locking the door or plugging their charges in and therefore, your sleep quality can lack if you‘re a light sleeper. The room‘s have AC which is very good. Additionally, it could have been a little bit cleaner (the bathroom wasn‘t very clean when we checked in and some towels and sheets had some stains) but overall it was fine.

Great location and price

The location and the price were unbeatable. I really loved this place and felt that I was getting a great value. The only downside was that we have the absolute rudest receptionist at check-in. It was so off-putting and he was unbelievably rude and discourteous. The rest of the stay was great, it was just a very sour first impression.

The best place we’ve EVER stayed!!!!

The best place we have ever stayed! The apartment was BEAUTIFUL with the most comfortable bed I’ve EVER slept in, I even took a picture of the mattress brand to get my own 😂! Cleaning lady was lovely and even brought us feta and spinach pies and cake one morning - the best feta and spinach pie I’ve ever had too. Place was immaculate and cleaned daily - smelled very fresh! Location was perfect - short walk from port / shops and restaurants!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was so extremely close to town and everything you would need. The staff were so nice and kind and it was clean and up to date. Everything is close by, the store, bakeries, bus stop and town is a 7 minute walk and it felt so safe. But it’s a close to the main road so it’s a bit loud but we didn’t mind too much.

Sauberes preisgünstiges Hotel in guter Lage

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, aber bei der Ankunft leider nur ein sehr einfaches Zimmer bekommen. Davon abgesehen war alles gut. Super Lage nahe der Innenstadt und nahe der Bushaltestelle zum Strand. Das Hotel war insgesamt gepflegt und sauber, nur der Stil unseres Zimmers war altmodisch.

Sinceramente ho visto situazioni migliori, la camera non era molto ampia il bagno piccolo.. il balcone con un tavolo esterno molto piccolo (per chiudere le imposte bisognava spostare tavolo e sedie. la colazione non era libera ma la decideva l hotel (anche se era una colazione normale).. nell insieme si puo trovare di meglio :) la posizione e ottimale a dieci minuti dal centro le pulizie le fanno tutti i giorni la cucina molto piccola il bagno estremamente piccolo per il prezzo .. si potrebbe avere di meglio

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni ad agosto e per 10 giorni ci hanno dato 3 fette di pane marmellatine un uovo sodo e una fetta di ciambella ...abbiamo chiesto del latte o dello yogurt ma nulla solo caffè o tea. Camera piccola ma abbastanza accogliente, pulizia tutti i giorni ma sotto il letto la polvere non è stata mai tolta !!! Επιεικώς μέτριο ξενοδοχείο. Είμασταν τρία άτομα και μας έδωσαν δίκλινο δωμάτιο με ένα έξτρα κρεβάτι, με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε πού να ακουμπήσουμε τα πράγματα μας, και στο 'μπαλκόνι' δεν χωρούσες καν να βγεις. Το δωρεάν πρωινό που είχαμε ήταν 3 φέτες ψωμί με βούτυρο, μαρμελάδα και μέλι, 1 φέτα κέικ, 1 αυγό και καφές (την πορτοκαλάδα μηχανής δεν την αναφέρω καν γιατί δεν την αγγίξαμε). Την δεύτερη μέρα η κυρία που καθαρίζει απλά μας δίπλωσε τις πετσέτες. Όχι και το πιο φιλόξενο προσωπικό (κυρίως αυτά που ακούγαμε για άλλους όταν δεν ήταν μπροστά), ξυπνούσαν τον κόσμο στις 10.30 για να καθαρίσουν! Θετική η τοποθεσία, μέσα στην πόλη και σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια από οπουδήποτε. Το φθηνότερο που βρήκαμε, αλλά δεν αξίζει τα χρήματά του.

Θετικά : - Καθαρό δωμάτιο - αλλαγή πετσετων κ σεντονιων μετα απο δυο μερες - παροχή πρωινού στην τιμη ( αλλα δωμάτια που ειδαμε κόστιζαν περισσότερο και δεν παρείχαν πρωινο) Αρνητικά : - εξεταστικά μικρό δωμάτιο. (Ευτυχώς που ειχαμε μια βαλίτσα γιατι αλλιώς δεν θα μπορούσαμε ουτε καν να κινηθούμε μεσα στο χωρο . Το δωμάτιο ηταν αυτο που λεμε "για έναν υπνο μονο"). Το ιδιο ηταν και το μπαλκόνι. - Το check out ηταν στις 11.00 το πρωι αν και το hotels.com λεει 12.00.

Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση στο Κατερίνα Ρόζα αλλά μας μεταφέρανε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο χειρότερο χωρίς προειδοποίηση. Όταν τους εκφράσαμε το παράπονο μας μας απάντησαν με αγένεια, ειρωνία και επιθετικότητα. Φυσικά δεν άλλαξε τίποτα παρά τα παράπονά μας. Το πρωινό ήταν ιδιαίτερα απλό. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η απόσταση του ξενοδοχείου από το κέντρο. Γενικότερα θα σας σύστηνα να μην το επιλέξετε για τις διακοπές σας.

Nous sommes allés à l'endroit indiqué sur le plan.Il a été difficile de trouver quelqu'un. Une jeune fille finalement nous accueille au 3e étage...et nous ne sommes pas au bon endroit !!!elle appelle le responsable de l'autre villa...qui viendra nous chercher. Très rapidement, il nous explique, qu'il n'est pas au courant de notre venue, n'a rien reçu...bref ! nous logeons quand même à quelques rues de là dans l'établissement que nous avions réservé...plus excentrés que nous le pensions !!!!

A Haven on Naxos

I stayed six nights. The hotel is a 20 minute walk (with two backpacks) to the port through narrow streets up hill from the port. The breakfast was one hard boiled egg, orange juice, for slices of French bread, two slices of pound cake, and one cup of super coffee. If you want more find a cafe nearby. The service was wonderful and I will definitely return on my next visit to this exception island.
