Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very relaxing environment. Rooms were nice and as advertised. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to give recommendations and to a book rental car for us. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet beachy area. Bohemian vibes with cool staff and atmosphere. Ocean is walkable from villa. Breakfast daily included with our stay and it was delicious and healthy

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and great food. Nice cabanas and sandy beach. Our room had a jacuzzi tub on the deck. As other reviews have noted, the water is not heated. I did not want to sit in cool water. Buses were convenient to go to main town or get on ferry.

Overall a great location. Staff is helpful but if you are used to the faster pace of the US you won’t find that here. It is a laid back vibe. Only concern was the amount of cats, all over the area. Not really anything they could do as all open air. Just fyi.

great location and style

Beautiful hotel and good service and food. My only complaint is that the hot tub/jacuzzi was really not usable because it did not heat up at all and though the weather was warm, we still did not want to go into a very COLD tub of water (which did not look completely clean).

The beach and restaurant were great but very disappointed with the room. Not at all like the photos, very tired needs upgrading. Definitely not 5 star. Bathroom really needs to be updated, smell of sewage was constant. Air conditioning didn’t work well either.

Excellent service and location ! Literally feels like you have your own private beach and they’ll bring you whatever you need. FYI it’s about a 30 euro taxi from the Naxos port to the hotel. They can arrange transportation for you.

Best thing about this hotel is that the beach is across the street. Room described "jetted tub" on our balcony, but tub was not working and controls were painted over. TV remote did not work, safe did not work, Nespresso machine in room made horrible noise when used. If you call the number listed for assistance no one answers. Definitely not luxury.

Nice stay and beach but not for the price

Pros: design of the room was cool, clean and it was bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed at in the islands. We loved the Apivita toiletries and Nespresso machine with capsules. When we checked in, we were provided with complimentary drinks and felt very welcomed by the staff. We really liked the included sun beds and towels for the duration of our stay. Cons: the rooms don’t have a view and we only stayed one night but got the room facing the restaurant so we had no privacy. We could also hear the neighbours upstairs when they were speaking loudly or moving furniture for some reason. We couldn’t use the outdoor tub because it was filled with bugs and it didn’t warm up over the day so it was quite cold. The breakfast was quite underwhelming. My partner had a cold omelette and they ran out of most things on the menu so there was very limited choice. Overall, we didn’t hate our stay, despite what is written above. I guess I would have expected more for the price per night.

Horrible, old, dirty rooms & hotel - a total scam

Incomprehensible how they can charge these prices for this hotel. It is a total scam - please trust the negative comments you read about this hotel as they are true. It is more like an old badly maintained 2-star hotel. Please save your time and money and stay elsewhere. Pros: Location next to the beach and access to lounge chairs at the beach. Friendly welcome with welcome drink (although now we understand this is probably to compensate for all the other flaws of the hotel). Cons: The hotel itself and the rooms are old, dirty and not well maintained at all. So many things in our room were broken (shower head coming off, wires coming out of the wall), toilet lush not working properly. The room was not clean and bedsheets had stains on them. There were traces of dead insects on the wall which hadn’t been cleaned. I was grossed out to sleep in the room and very upset given the price we had paid. The balcony was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The “jacuzzi” was horrible - there was a thick layer of dirt and plenty of insects on top. We shortened our stay and left after one night because it was simply horrible. Even that was a huge negotiation and although staff was friendly, they did not manage it professionally. We thought it would be an upscale hotel given the high price - but it is nothing like that and please trust the negative comments. The worst hotel we’ve stayed at in Greece over the years.

Exceeded expectations - magical stay

You know when you picture a place when you’re booking it - this place is 100x better than you could imagine. The hotel is beautiful, with a relaxed atmosphere and the rooms are comfortable and private. The beachfront is stunning on Plaka beach with comfy cabanas & the best margaritas in Greece! What made the stay especially amazing was the staff who will go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. Adonis sat with us for 30 mins on arrival giving recommendations on where to go, what to see, and even arranging a hire car for us and his recommendations were great. I also had to go to hospital whilst I was in Naxos and the hotel staff arranged everything for me, including translating over the phone to the doctor. The location is perfect, the hotel is amazing and the staff are wonderful. I would 100% go back

Pasamos dos noches en el Naxian y fue una estadia excelente! El hotel es muy lindo, los cuartos decorados muy cancheros, frente a Plaka, una playa con arena dorada y mar turquesa. El desayuno es muy bueno, a la carta y nos recibieron muy amablemente, con un trago de bienvenida en el bar/ restaurant frente a la playa. Lo super recomiendo, vale la pena!

This was the absolute best choice for a luxury beach vacation in Naxos. We were spending our honeymoon in Greece (travelling to Athens, santorini, and Sifnos prior Naxos) and we’re looking for a relaxing last leg of our trip. The resort just made you feel so comfortable. The room had exceptional memory foam pillows and a super thick queen sized mattress which was of an equal quality to the W hotels or a Hilton. The shower was quite large and allowed for super hot showers. Wifi was pretty good since they had a separate network for the beach, restaurant and then the room so range wasn’t an issue. And even though there was a breakfast buffet, the nespresso machine was a nice touch with complementary water delivered daily. At the beach, hotel visitors were offered free bottled ice water and towels if you needed it. The music was barely noticeable at the front on the beach which was nice if you wanted to read. It’s also absolutely the best quality beach I encountered in Greece with soft sand, completely clear blue waters, and a hill separating you from the restaurants and road so it felt like just island. Check in at the restaurant was super easy and the staff really made you feel like a VIP at all times. Kostas remembered my coffee order daily and was super helpful in any information I needed for taxis or restaurant recommendations. Their manager also delivered 5* service. she was super personable and made our stay special!

Perfect stay in front of the sea

Everything was very good: welcome drink, nice view, the bar/restaurant, the breakfast, the room, the private beach in front. The staff was very friendly! The jaccuzi on the balcony could have been a little bit more clean but that’s the only bad point of the hotel.
