- Superb Naxos villa new for 2024. Villa Artemisa is just 800m from the beautiful Plaka Beach, on the amazing sandy west coast of Naxos. Check out the new video on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IVhz4363Og This lovely villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably in beds. There is a fabulous 50sqm private swimming pool, built-in BBQ/grilling area, built-in comfortable seating, sunbeds, large dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and spectacular views of Plaka beach and the surrounding islands. Set on the side of a hill, with private entrance, electric gates and secure off street parking for 3 vehicles. The main villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, living, dining room. There is a separate annex with queen sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom and a separate single bedroom with toilet and wash basin.
Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.

The beach and shop are a 2 minute drive from the villa. We recommend a rental car for your stay.
