She was so willing to help with all arrangements, things to do, anything with our room or booking a car etc. Very satisfied with the staff at the restaurant as well. "Great and clean room! Staff was very friendly and gave us many awesome options for dining and things to do! You can tell they really love where they live and care about it very much! We had the honeymoon suite which was very clean and put together! Can’t lie it was a bit smaller than we expected but it made for a cozier stay! Thank you Emery we will be back again! :) "

"What an amazing stay! We had the best time staying here in May. The team was amazing carrying our stuff inside and driving us to the port for our ferry, everything from holding our luggage to daily hello’s. We enjoyed our stay so much, the views are even more incredible than the photos, such an easy walk to some amazing food and downtown as well as right across from a lovely beach!"

"Excellent location close to the water with countless restaurants to choose from. Very good buffet breakfast included. Bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated but room was rather small and a bit dated. Balcony was very small and the room overlooked some noisy construction / renovation. Also overlooked a childrens’ arcade which was open until 10:30pm, so if you’re likely to be annoyed by the sound of children enjoying themselves you might avoid the rooms at the back of the building. The hotel has an elevator which was appreciated. I would choose this hotel again, but perhaps not this room."

"Our stay at Makava Suites was wonderful from start to finish. The rooms exceeded our expectations and were even better in person than in the photos. Everything was spotless, and both the bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly responsive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience on the island. Having on-site parking made our rental car experience seamless, and the rooftop hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring. Overall, I would highly recommend Makava!!!"
