Welcome to Sunset Beach Apartment, your perfect refuge in the charming village of Nazaré.



Located in the historic Pederneira area, one of the highest points in the village, this T2 apartment invites you to take a deep breath and let yourself be amazed by the panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. Here, days begin with the sound of seagulls and a golden sky rising over the sea, and end with the famous Nazaré sunsets — the kind that are kept in memory (and in the phone gallery!).



The Sunset Beach Apartment is located in a quiet condominium, with a shared swimming pool for adults and a children's pool, perfect for enjoying sunny days with family or in total relaxation. On the building's terrace, you will also find two common jacuzzis — ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, with a view of the sea and the horizon. And, for even more private moments, you can enjoy the apartment's private garden, a green corner where you feel like resting, reading a book or simply enjoying the outdoors with complete privacy.



The interior of the apartment is cosy and functional, with a bright living room with direct access to a balcony with sea view, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. Despite the peaceful atmosphere of Pederneira, it is just a few minutes by car (or about 20 minutes on foot) from Nazaré beach, the municipal market, the main square and a vast selection of typical restaurants, ice cream parlours and cafés. And of course, you cannot miss Sítio da Nazaré, accessible by the iconic elevator, where you will find the Suberco Viewpoint, the São Miguel Arcanjo Fort (famous for its giant waves) and the traditional Chapel of Memory.



The location is also perfect for exploring the surroundings: in less than 30 minutes you can visit the Monastery of Alcobaça, stroll along the seafront in São Martinho do Porto, discover the salt pans of Foz do Arelho or get lost in the medieval alleys of Óbidos.
