"It was simply amazing - a beautiful place and the attention to detail in the accommodation is excellent - we just had a wonderful time and Raymond and the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. "Terrible the first night we were given a hut which was very poorly equipped. Avoid Purple Rain which was aptly named as the combined tiny room with toilet and shower wash basin not compartmentalised was leaking water which flowed into the other room a bedroom. The hut was very cold we slept fully clothed … water leak awful no hot water no internet. Internet did not work in the separate restaurant lodge .. chairs in Restarant were wonky canvas and food mediocre. The staff helpful and sorry for...

"We had one night at Davis Court, and the staff was super friendly. It is located in a nice, quiet area of Nyeri a little away from the city center, which we liked. The apartments are spacious, but they are a bit old, and not super clean. They are not super dirty ether. They washed our car as a complimentary service, which was great. For a single night or two where you just need a place to sleep I would recommend this place."

"The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles at night. Definitely worth staying at least one night. Note check in times It’s important as the Ark is inside the park "
