"Half the amenities at the hotel were closed during our stay which made the stay far less than enjoyable. Outdoor swimming pools were not accessible. Outdoor adventure golf was not available despite excellent weather. It did not leave with much to do in the hotel. Even the basic spa facilities were not available. Steam room and other facilities were under repairs during our stay and something we were really looking forward to."

"The hotel was suitable for our needs. It is definitely dated but it is clean and was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. We got a triple which was kind of cramped, but the breakfast was good. We also got room service one night and the pizza was better than I expected from a hotel restaurant."

I would reconsider the background music by the pool and beach bar. 1) Change playlists more regularly. 2) Allows for some "silent" hours with no music. 3) The area with the blue sofas should NOT have music at all during the day. Allowing people to have nice and quiet rest, with only the sound of the water features. 4) cheese cake should be provided after lunch/dinner and during snack time, not just for breakfast. :P 5) On the website there is mention about water activities BUT we couldn't find any info on the premises and the staff didn't know.
