  • Les Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande are delighted to welcome you! Located in Néant-sur-Yvel, this charming 30 m² holiday home is perfect for 2 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, and washing machine. For your comfort, you have a private TV and Wi-Fi.



    Outside, enjoy a dining area with barbecue—perfect for delicious grilled meals.



    A parking space is available on site. Access to the property is via a key box.
