Welcome to Traumwohnung Neckarblick, a stylish top-floor apartment of approximately 80 m² for up to 4 guests in Neckarsteinach. Its sweeping view across the River Neckar and wooded hills, spacious covered balcony and quick connection to Heidelberg make it a special retreat in the Neckar Valley.

LIVING & SLEEPING
The bright apartment combines an open-plan living and dining area with a calm, modern interior. A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) and direct balcony access, plus a cosy sleeping alcove with a double bed, provide two proper sleeping areas. The sofa extends electrically and can be used as an alternative third sleeping option on request; maximum occupancy remains 4 guests.

BALCONY & NECKAR VIEW
The large covered balcony with dining area and hanging chair is the heart of the apartment. Enjoy breakfast, a quiet evening or simply the panoramic view of the river and green hills. Although the apartment is centrally located on the main road, its elevated position gives the balcony and living area a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere.

KITCHEN & COMFORT
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and generous storage. Coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar are provided. A little fruit, usually apples, and a bottle of wine await you as a welcome.

Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV and Disney+, a washer-dryer and a reserved underground parking space. Final cleaning is included. The beds are made up on arrival with cotton bed linen professionally cleaned by a laundry service. Plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, washing-up liquid and laundry detergent are also provided.

BATHROOM
The bright bathroom has natural daylight, a large glass shower, an illuminated mirror and useful storage space.

LOCATION & HEIDELBERG
The riverside promenade, restaurants, cafés and Neckarsteinach’s historic four castles are close by. The boat landing is approximately 100 metres away; depending on the seasonal timetable, excursion boats generally operate towards Heidelberg from around April to October. Neckarsteinach railway station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Depending on the connection and traffic, Heidelberg can be reached in around 15 minutes by S-Bahn or car.

CHECK-IN
Contactless check-in is available from 3:00 pm via a key box. Access details are provided the day before arrival. The online registration form must be completed before check-in.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The apartment is on the top floor. There is no lift and several flights of stairs must be climbed, so the property is not accessible for guests with limited mobility. At the top, you are rewarded with an exceptional view, while your car remains protected in the underground garage.
