"Great place for our last-minute trip to Moab. Easy check-in. We loved it for hiking in the morning and coming back to watch fall football in the hot afternoon. South of Moab but close to vineyard and easy to get to town. Great pet-friendly stay."

"Thanks for a wonderful, convenient and quiet place for a group of hikers to enjoy Canyonlands and Arches. It is perfectly located and is as advertised. Love the large back area with picnic table and yard. Beautiful views day and night. Highly recommend!!!"

"Very comfortable house and beds. Good location. The owner was very prompt in answering questions and overall communications. House stayed very cool even in the summer heat. The pool was a nice mid day refresher from hikes at the national parks. Hot tub was not working but really only wanted to use it one time in the evening. The outdoor space was really nice for evening fires around the pit. Would highly recommend for your stay in Moab."

"The property was beautiful, very well appointed and in a great location (very easy access to Arches and downtown Moab). The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen and living room areas perfect for gathering after a day of hiking. The grounds and the pool are very well maintained. Roanne is a fantastic host - always available, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and organized, going way beyond expectations with the support offered. Staying there was a pleasure. We are already thinking about returning some day!"
