"3 stars because of our check-in experience. My brothers asked for a room higher up for the views. He was told that there is no more rooms on the upper levels and he was given a room on the 2nd floor. Before we even walked from the reservation desk she happily put a lady and her husband on the 21st floor. Something’s never change. "
