The people here are truly amazing. I will stay here EVERY time I come to visit Arizona. My car broke down while I was visiting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and let us keep our things in our room longer so that we could get a new vehicle. We were able to ride the ferry to and from Lake Havasu City, which was very convenient.

First time staying at the resort. Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The only suggestion would be to remove the port-a potties from the middle of the beach. The view of the lake is beautiful and they block the view and are not pleasant to look at. Possibly moving to the side would be a better option. Also the pool was not operable due to maintenance so we could not enjoy the jacuzzi or pool during out stay. With that said, we had two rooms, both were very clean and the property is very well kept. The food was delicious! We definitely plan on staying again in the future!

The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. The bartender wasn’t very helpful when I wanted a coffee instead of an alcoholic beverage. The restaurant service was horrible but I read reviews about that before even going so this review probably won’t change anything either. The guy that runs the ferry in the evening was great. Really need to upgrade the gift shop and what’s available to guests especially since it’s the only option on that side of the lake. The ferry was down on Friday because of wind so what was at the hotel is your only option h less you want to drive 1.5 hours to the Arizona side. Hotel really needs to update its description that it’s on the opposite of the lake then all the cities amenities. And that if the ferry shuts down due to weather you are without options on what you can access .
The salad was phenomenal… the curds were good the pasta was disappointing
There is no outlet available near the microwave so we had to use the only one we could find on the nightstand

Room was clean and modern. The only thing is the hotel is not in lake havasu. you need to park in the lot by boat dock in lake havasu and take a ferry boat 7miles to the hotel. If you want to drive its located in california 1 1/2hr away. Allow extra time for ferry and time schedule of the ferry boat.

The facility is NICE! Our room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were good for a great nights sleep. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The amenities were good as well, although the refrigerator was too cold and froze our fruit that was on the bottom shelf. The water view we had from the second floor was AWESOME as we drank our coffee and tea in the morning. Google has the hotel's address being in Needles CA, which I believe is incorrect, so beware of that.
