Fun little Lake house on the California side of Lake Havasu. NOT in Lake Havasu City. Located in Havasu Landing (tribal land) and close to all the area has to offer. Beach access right around the corner, boat launch, well stocked market and hardware store are just 1/3 of a mile away. The casino and ferry to the London Bridge area in Arizona is only 1 mile away. Hundreds of miles of desert to explore 1/4 mile away. Everything you need for making memories with family or friends.
