"Our first trip to Bali these people are wonderful people and staff were wonderful. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a hot shower. There wasn’t enough continuous hot water. Maybe we’re spoiled, but we paid quite a bit per night for this room even more than we paid other places, I would expect to be able to take a five minute hot shower even a three minute hot shower."

"Amazing from start to finish.Communication with the owner Karin before booking was great and she even messaged after a couple of days to check everything was ok.The girls Sepi and Ayu made us a lovely dinner every night for the cost of the produce only along with doing all the housework and the washing up.We hired Jutta the driver for the two weeks and he took us anywhere we wanted to go including the Gates of Heaven which was a 4am start.Budi the manager checked in on us a couple of times and was always available on WattsApp.This place is a little piece of heaven in North Bali right on the beach ,so if your up that way don’t hesitate to stay."

"Pandu Villa is an amazing villa. Everything as described and more. Not only did the property exceed our expectation but the staff did as well. The villa itself was clean and property well maintained and the ocean view was amazing.This was our 40th Year Anniversary gift to each other and we could not have asked for a better vacation than this and we have been on many. THANK YOU to our hosts Paul and Melanie for allowing us to enjoy your Pandu Villa."

"Excellent experience The villa was well organised, very spacious,clean, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The food prepared by the 2 ladies was very good, they have cooked for us breakfast and dinner, as per our requests. The pool is 10m long, clean and with a beach view.Melanie and Paul were very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.At the villa we were looked after lovely staff, very friendly, polite and helpful I had some good massage done at the villa with a beach view.The villa is very safe , security was on site.It is a great space for families and friends. Lots of space inside, 3 bedrooms with his own bathroom, very big leaving room and the outside space more than enough for a big family. The dining table outside can easily accommodate 10 people and there is one in the leaving too.We were just 3 but we felt excellent. North Bali is a beautiful place to be, we were very closed to Lovina, dolphins experience was amazing, the captain came and pick us up from the villa. Menjangan island was the best experience. Our driver took us to the island (40min journey), then we went with a boat (organised just for the 3 of us by our driver)to the most beautiful spot for snorkelling.Everything was closed to our location, Munduk , waterfalls, coffee experience, double lake view. No traffic like in south BaliI love the place very much, Thank you"

"The room was beautiful, clean and had a fantastic view. They even offered us a fridge delivered at no cost when we checked in. The staff are some of the best and friendliest at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool is great and I couldn't find a bad thing to say about the place if I tried. Basically a perfect stay."
