I got a room with a shocking view even though I was promised a room with a sea view Finally, after proof, they changed my room with a very disrespectful attitude, as if they were doing me a favor. "I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. They had a laundry service, but the prices were very high (e.g. $14 USD for a pair of pants). Plus, you had to turn the clothes in before 9am and they wouldn't be delivered back until the evening of the NEXT day. If you wanted it the same evening, that was an additional 50% ($21 per pair of pants). "
