"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Country Country. From the groundskeepers to the housekeepers, waitresses, bartenders and security they are a top notch resort for safety, cleaniless, well-kept grounds and beach that compares to no others we have found traveling to Negril over a decade. We have found our "home" in Negril. Leaving today and rebooking for next year. Shout out to John, Camille and Hyacinth."

"Travellers Beach Resort is right on the beach with an excellent chef and bar staff and very friendly crew. My partner and I had a super relaxing time for our five night stay. Our only criticisms are with inconsistent housekeeping. Our bed was not always fully made, bathroom toiletries never restocked (one small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner doesn’t get far between two people over five nights) and coffee cups left dirty. There was also no duvet cover. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means nor make us not recommend the place, just small things that can be improved. Oh and if you like cats, there’s at least five that live here!"

"Clean room, although we had to change rooms in the middle of our two week stay. There were limited clean towels available in the morning but a staff members would come by in the afternoon and offer to secure us some. The beach was the highlight of the trip but my husband had to wake up at 4 am to go out and out our stuff on a chair to have a spot secured on the beach and even after all that we would wake up at 7 and come out to the lifeguards moving our stuff for people who would tip them for a spot. We went from april 3-15 (Easter and carnival) a busy time but the grill restaurant was only open once during this time and the Thai, and italian were on a rotating basis. This listing is a bit deceptive because it mentions 4 or more restaurants but really there are 2 buffets in the morning, a few places open during the day and the 3 restaurants rotate their closing with no communication to guests. You could literally walk across the resort and get to the Italian restaurant only to find out it’s not open and now you have to walk all the way back to the other end. I saw the pools being cleaned by lifeguards and skimmed in the morning but the pool by the lacklustre lobby and the pool by the water rental place were never clean. There were many memorable staff that helped with issues whenever they could but there was definitely a miss communication with work orders taking a while to fill. "The views of the cliff and the sunset was the best part of the trip. Staff were very accommodating and for that I’m very happy about. Staff are doing the best they can with what they are given, the place could use some improvement and remodeling on some of the units. There’s not a lot of food options if you choose all inclusive, so something to be mindful of if you choose that option and have dietary restrictions. This is not a fancy place, but it has all the charm and cultural vibes of Negril. Restaurants and beaches are close and you can get a taxi ride right from the hotel. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Samsara Hotel."

"Good amazing! Shantoy and Christopher exceptional! Rooms were okay- my building had a fencing that was broken and people were trying to climb fencing which scared us and our neighbors. Romantic dinner was delicious and beautiful. Overall good experience "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beach is definitely the highlight - beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. However, areas around the trees need some maintenance, as there were rocks and small branches that should be cleared. The property is a bit dated but very well kept. Service was inconsistent—some staff were friendly and engaging, while others seemed less attentive. Adding benches around the property would be a great improvement, both for enjoying the beautiful sunsets and especially for guests with mobility issues. The buffet was very good, but the specialty restaurants were disappointing and need improvement in both service and food quality. Overall, a great location with strong potential, but some areas could use attention to enhance the experience."
