"I just stayed one night before taking my return flight to DFW. It’s a 5 minute drive to the airport. Very clean with only a few rooms. Staff was warm and very welcoming. Good kitchen and bar service."

"Overall the property was mediocre. When we got to the airport we called for transportation, as planned before hand, and there was no response, so we had to rent a driver from the airport. When we got there there was no welcome and the orientation wasn't well coordinated. We found out later by ourselves that they had a whole restaurant that was open to the guests ( we weren't told upon arrival). "It was really a royal flush in the ass!!! After waiting for one and a half hours at 20.00 hours I received a message "Sorry, but the owner cancelled the booking " At that time of night in that area where there's no other accommodation we had to hurry to the next area 45 minutes drive away where we were lucky to find accommodation for the nights, the lady said that we were so lucky because she was just about to close for the night. "The staff at this resort were AMAZING! Good was what you would expect, but had a huge variety. Our room did have a moisture/mold problem but we were rarely in the room so we made it work. Room service were cleaning your room everyday and sometimes even twice a day, so you always came back to a clean room. Definitely recommend having enough cash on hand, as there’s no ATM on property. Remember to support the locals on the beach and purchase souvenirs from them! "

"I did not have beach view and I did not need it, the room was so close to the beach it was perfect. The included breakfast was delicious and authentic. I am so glad I found this hideaway. The staff were all kind and helpful, from the grounds men, housekeepers, waiting staff and front desk. Ms.Sharly gave me one of the best massages ever, right by my room. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay and you do not need all the fanfare of a large hotel then you couldn't ask for anything more than this small resort. I will definitely be back to Negril Tree House, they have the right recipe for a great business."
