"We really loved our stay at Cocolapalm! It was very clean. The staff was great. The grounds were pretty. Restaurant food was authentic and delicious! Would have given it a 5/5, but on our last night, a thunderstorm hit and the window started leaking as well as a small spot in the roof. Staff came, recaulked the window, and mopped the bathroom floor. No fix for the roof at that time, so the couch was simply moved. All in all, ot was a very pleasant stay."

"This hotel is right on the beach I loved that we could just leave the room and be on the beach in a few short steps there are private lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests the bar staff is absolutely wonderful, food on site was great we weren’t all inclusive but enjoyed the restaurant. They have a sister property on the cliffs which is also very accommodating. I enjoyed the quiet as it was low season when we arrived the rain held off everyday until about 4 pm never affected our enjoyment of the property or the beach. There are glass bottom boat rides available for booking we enjoyed a few trips with captain Clark to the island for snorkeling and lunch. The beach is absolutely beautiful. My best advice is don’t forget to grab small bills from the bank for tipping purposes it’s vital to have small bills and though the atm in the area gives US dollars it doesn’t have smaller then $20, the staff obviously appreciates the guests generosity on any level . Also helps to remember your manners n check the foul language as it’s not well received . I stayed 10 days with my boyfriend which it was his very first trip and I’ve surely ruined him for other adventures because Jamaica is absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset . Thank you for making our visit memorable."

"An older resort, but we had a wonderful time. Restaurant served three meals a day and all were delicious. Not a huge menu but sufficient options for everyone. The staff was vey friendly and kind. Pools were very nice. We would definitely return."
