This studio is in bad need of updating and cleaning. Dirty cups in kitchen, no blankets or towels, fridge below sink had an awful stench, tiles separating from wall in shower and bathroom, only mirror in bathroom was cloudy and cracked, toilet had a bad smell after use (septic smell), no screens or glass on shutters allowing bugs, mosquitoes and flies to enter at will, limited electrical outlets (power strip provided near fridge but couldn’t be moved).

This place is a scam. We booked a beach front, ocean view room. When we checked in, there was no room that met the description in the listing. Instead they tried to give us a room on the ground floor looking at the parking lot. After 2 hours of trying to fix the issue, we gave up and left. The grounds were covered in garbage, including food (covered with ants, some had been there awhile), beer bottles and construction materials that were there so long grass had overgrown some of it. When we cancelled the reservation, the hotel refused to refund our money. We took photos and expedia has refunded us. Avoid this property

The facility I booked from Orbitz (Village Point Studios & Suites) was absolutely terrible. Very dirty and unsanitary, no internet as advertised anywhere on the property, toilet was leaking from the drain flooding the bathroom, had to remove the shower head to get any water flow. No one in their management office…… I managed to stay one night and had no choice but to find somewhere else to stay for the rest of my vacation at my expense. Orbitz is now saying they will not refund the remaining, 9 days of my stay. Absolutely the worst vacation experience of my life!

One if the worst experiences in my life. This property is abandoned. I recommended Expedia to take this listing off their website. There is no one managing this property, no front desk or check in and it’s location is so far away from everything. I showed up and I was not able to get into a room because no one was there! My very nice taxie driver allowed me to spend the night on his couch! Seriously, I had no where to go. The phone number provided were called endlessly without anyone picking up. Terrible experience, hands down. Expedia did help me the next day with finding another place to stay and finally getting a refund after 6 days if negotiations with this place. Stay clear of this property.
