"This house was so cozy and pleasant! Lots of local art and fun knickknacks, everything we needed was here, plenty of space and a very appreciated fenced in backyard, beach toys, TONS of books, and right across from beach access. One note is that it's not super toddler-friendly with so many breakable things at toddler height, but there was plenty to keep them occupied so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend!"

"We took my mother-in-law to the beach for a few days, and this house was perfect!! There is a bedroom and both bathrooms on the first floor, so she didn't have to use the stairs. The view from the front windows is absolutely amazing, and she LOVED sitting in the chair there and watching the waves! The beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to dry our wet clothes after getting caught by a wave. The gas...

"We have been coming to Manzanita for 30 years and love all of the different houses here. This one has a fantastic location and the view from window seat is amazing! We loved the hot tub and deck and this was the perfect size for our family. A note for the property managers about the stove—the large burners don’t work, only the small ones. The lighting fixtures all over need to be cleaned and need a few new/brighter bulbs. The living room can be a little dim at night. Thank you!"

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."
