"I appreciate the clean room with extra towels. I loved the breakfast. Except that it seemed crowded on weekends and the waffle machine went out. But I tried them the next day after fixed it and I loved it. The workers were hard at working. I just think they need more staff the help with the kitchen. Especially on weekends. Everything was great overall. Thank you so much."

"My overnight stay at Hotel Lucia was okay...not horrible, not great. The room was small but fine for my one night stay. I was disappointed that I could hear conversations from the hallway and noise from the nearby rooms. I heard the neighbors door slam shut each time they entered and exited their room along with each toilet flush! The shower lacked water pressure. Perhaps I am more accustomed to modern features like soft closing doors and well insulated rooms of other hotels. I didn't realize that breakfast was offered until after I departed and was asked to rate it. On the plus side, the front facing staff were friendly, the room was clean with a comfortable bed."

"Property clean. Staff nice, especially Don in the lounge/bar. He gives fantastic friendly service. Our only complaints were the air conditioning in the room was so loud, hard to sleep. TV in old and controls not real intuitive needs updating for both. Being there on a Saturday it was disappointing the restaurant/bar not open until 5PM. We had to walk to a neighborhood hotel close (Sheraton) that had restaurant and bar open all day. The free drink ticket and snacks at happy hour for guests that started at 5PM was very nice though. Friendly staff serving guests there. Due to the fact it’s an airport hotel, you have to register and pay for parking through a 3rd party company. It’s a huge parking lot and seems guests staying overnight should get free parking. However, it’s not free parking and you have to take the extra step to login, register, and give your credit card to the parking company. Kinda inconvenient. It was $21. hotel says $20 parking fee but the parking company charges an extra $1. Other than noted items keeping it from being 5 stars, it’s Embassy Suites value and cleanliness you can count on, with nice atrium, pond, and sitting areas throughout."
