"Loved the art deco ambience. Check in easy, offer to carry my bags up the stairs much appreciated, the free drink and meal discount persuaded me to eat-in and have an earlier night. With trains so convenient I will be back, rather than stay in town with much more exorbitant prices."

"We have stayed regularly at the Urban over a number of months now. We are always greeted warmly and the rooms are very comfortable and good value for money. We like the fact that there is a small onsite restaurant that serves very tasty food. We will continue to stay here on our regular trips to Sydney. "

"We had a most enjoyable stay, felt like a home with a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The small items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc made it very convenient, dishes were clean, trash could be taken out and dropped into the chute by the lifts. I will be staying there again! Btw, the building is a few minutes walk to the Chatswood station. Staff are awesome! "
"Such a cute and quaint place to stay, my daughter and I just needed an overnight but I wish that we were able to stay a little longer in this cute space. Very clean well decorated the only thing I wasn’t sure of was how to make a tea because I couldn’t find a kettle But otherwise everything was great. We also landed late and I had received a call while I was flying, and because they couldn’t reach me, they sent me a text on how to get in after hours, which was perfect. Super close to the train station and walking distance to a lot of our favourite things that we needed to do down in Sydney."
