I had multiple issue with them 1) they try to charge me more tax when I am not suppose to pay tax as I don’t leave in Colombia 2) they was an insect in the bread at breakfast 3) there and a black worm in my pillow 4) they gave me such a hard time because I ask to let my mother law and father go up to my room for a couple of minutes to give some gift I brought them

The hotel is small, very clean, and nice. Its very convenience because is si close to the city and malls. But the logistics that they have to check in and let you inn after being outside, exploring the city, is very poor. They gave me hard time with my wife after staying two days there, saying that they didn’t have my wife on the list. Also, the parking is limited and messy. Some time you have to open a very improvised door because they don’t have amyone during the day supervising the parking.

Great hotel will be back for sure
It was great, the hotel is getting remodeled in some areas right now but you don’t even notice unless you look at the outside. The service was great and the breakfast was great as well. Room had its own air conditioner so that was awesome as well. Overall my experience was great and I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel.
