"It is an older hotel which means smaller spaces. Our room and bath had clearly been refurbished with new flooring, new beds and bedding, new fixtures, windows blinds and woodwork. "This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light. Not a downside, but remember you’re in the city so there may be loud talking (outside) or sirens from time to time. I would stay again."
