Please note that bookings throughout April and May may not have access to heated pool and spa facilities, as a new heater is currently being manufactured and installed. The pool and spa will still be available for use; however, heating cannot be guaranteed during this period. Penthouse Palace is situated in the vibrant heart of Nelson Bay, Penthouse Palace is perfectly located on the doorstep of Nelson Bays town centre, marina, boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants. Leave the car behind, as only a few minutes stroll away are the booking centres and departure marinas for dolphin swims, dolphin & whale cruises, outer island & harbour cruises, as well as swimming beaches, diving, snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, boat & jet ski hire, parasailing, fishing charters, bike hire, waterfront parks and BBQ's, and waterfront play equipment.

Views, glorious views! Penthouse Palace has lovely views of the blue waters of spectacular Port Stephens. Relax and unwind while you take in the splendid vista of the harbour, headlands, and town, from almost every room.

Private rooftop heated pool and spa! - Have exclusive, private use of your very own pool and heated spa on your opulent rooftop terrace. Take a relaxing dip, or supervise the kids swimming from the convenience of your own personal pool and spa.

Your private rooftop terrace, with private pool and heated spa, also is home to a huge stainless steel outdoor kitchen/bbq. The terrace is impeccably furnished to ensure your comfort and relaxation. Kick back with a drink and soak up the sun's rays on the single or double wicker sun lounges.

The inside of Penthouse Palace is equally well appointed with all the luxuries you'd expect. Your comfort is assured all year round courtesy of ducted air-con. The large kitchen is fully equipped and exudes quality, with Caesar stone bench tops and top appliances. The lounge area boasts a combination of a 7 seat corner lounge, 2 individual feature chairs and a sofa, which accommodates 11 guests in individual comfort. The lounge has a 70 inch LED TV and there's also a TV in the master, second and third bedrooms, so there's a private place for each couple or guest to retreat to.

The master King bedroom complete with WIR has an ensuite with bath, as does the main bathroom, perfect to soak in after a hard day of sightseeing. *Please note baths are soaking tubs and not spas* The 2nd Queen bedroom also enjoys an ensuite and bedrooms 3 & 4 have King beds. Even parking is plentiful and convenient - with 2 car spaces in the secure ground floor car park, complete with lift access.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100) total maximum 10 guests.

Option 1: 3 King, 2 Single
Option 2: 4 King

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed $100 per booking, with linen and bath towels supplied (children only).
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $1500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
