Our luxuriously appointed and spacious 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with unlimited WIFI and all amenities is in a fabulous location . . . .

Located in a prime location in Magnus Street, just 200 metres to all that the Bay has to offer . . . shops, cafes, restaurants, golf course, clubs, D'Albora Marina, ferries and the pristine waters of Nelson Bay.

Only 30 minutes from Newcastle and just 2 hours on the F3 freeway from Sydney this quality ground floor, front facing apartment is beautifully furnished with all the requirements for your next relaxing vacation in the beautiful Port Stephens area. Luxury furnishings, air conditioning, BBQ area and inground swimming pool; secure parking as well as lift access from garage.

The property features 3 spacious bedrooms with builtins; ensuite to master bedroom; separate bathroom and toilet; internal laundry; large open plan lounge and dining with large screen digital television and sound system; television/DVD player in master bedroom; beautiful, fully equipped stainless steel and granite kitchen and 3 balconies.

The property is fully self contained and is not serviced. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillowcases, bathmats, washers and tea towels. A limited supply of toilet paper, dish washing liquid etc may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.

Location was great, property had everything we needed. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point and Janet was so responsive and we were able to source a spare key and get back inside within 30mins.

Brilliant Property
A very nice, clean and tidy property. Location is excellent. Very close to all restaurants and amenities of Nelson Bay. The unit itself was very spacious and had ample room for our family of four. The washing machine and dryer was utilsed a few times by us. A few things to note though. We found the pool area not maintained and it had a lot of leaves and debris inside the pool and as a result we were not able to utilse it during our 6 night stay. The parking space allocated is not very big. It would probably suit a small to a meduim sized vehicle at best. We had to use the vistiors parking for our car (Hyundai Palisade) for the duration of our stay. The lock for the front door can be tricky and fiddly to open. These are minor qualms though for otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend this property for other families.

We were up for a weekend fishing. The place was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Short stroll in to town and the marina. Everything is within 5 minutes of the property but also lovely and quiet. We'd love to stay again!! Lovely hosts who were great with communication. Thanks for having us, we hope we left it clean and tidy for you.

Great place just one block from marina and the shops. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed
Tremendous value for money, I used the visitor spot as unit 1 parking was very small. BBQ area was great, used it twice, close to clubs, marina and shops. Pool was a bit smaller and shaded than expected but we still enjoyed it. Very clean property and I will use it again.
