This spacious, stylish apartment is in easy walking distance from the delights of Nelson. It’s a quiet, safe location. Take a 2-minute stroll to the river: head North to town or walk East in the lush countryside. With beaches, galleries, and wineries, Nelson is the ideal spot for holidays or remote work. The apartment has a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen with two new leather couches (one is a pull-out bed), a desk as workstation, a quiet bedroom and a private, sunny patio.
The apartment is in the upscale, historic part of Nelson city. Although close to the city, it is just a few steps away from natural beauty of the Maitai River and bush-clad hills.
