This property is next to the great beach at Tahunanui. I think the property is too big and you therefore get a business looking to make money and they forget the human interaction gets return business or recommendations.

At times a very confusing layout, but once sorted ok. Disappointed by the lack of recycling facilities. Location of power points and light switches a bit of a problem. E.g 3 point plug in lounge was behind the relatively heavy settee. The bathroom light switch was in the sleeping area so the light from the bathroom woke your partner!

When i had to change dates for one of the bookings, it was a breeze. No long wait on the phone. The staff on the phone was very helpful. Room was clean. Staff at the reception was warm and friendly.

We will be back!

Amazing experience here - we would happily return. The beds were SOOO comfy, the room so warm, and the staff were absolutely lovely. We did have a battle with the wifi, even after paying a small fee to upgrade package. But it was just too comfy!

Great stay

We enjoyed our family stay here for 2 nights, and would stay again if in the area. Our 2 bedroom apartment site was clean and roomy, and the park had everything to keep our son entertained. We'd recommend to others!

We checked in late, gate code didn't work, but the after hour attendant was able to get us in. It was a little hard to find our room in the dark but we eventually found it (they gave Decent instructions on the check in map but the parking spot paint number was faded out) The room was decent, carpet had some sticky candy residue, but overall clean. Would love to visit again and explore the holiday park more. The park is directly on the flight path of the airport and offers so great low flying viewing (noise too).
