Sunny, sheltered, comfortable and well equipped 3 bed house with great deck and garden overlooking Tasman Bay, Tahunanui Beach and views across the Bay to the Arthur Range. 5 minute walk down to the beach! Fantastic views and sunsets. Relax in the garden soaking the sun in the day and listening to the surf at night. We're off travelling so our home is available for you to enjoy.

All day sun, surprisingly sheltered from winds, lawn, large deck with large round table and seating for 8, trampoline, gas BBQ and a large walk-in shower for your return from the beach!

Fantastic walking access down to the beach, playgrounds, beach reserve and local shops, bars and restaurants - take the steps leading down from Bisley Ave to Rocks Road. A couple of minutes drive to the Rocks Road waterfront restaurants etc and a few minutes drive to Nelson CBD. Easy access to the Tahunanui attractions such as go-karting, trampoline park, water slide, laser tag etc.

Great stay

Well located, we enjoyed the walks down to the beach, cafes and kids loved the activities in the fun park. Kids also loved the trampoline and treehouse out in the garden, bbq came in useful. Had everything we needed for a great stay - thanks Ester.

Great location!

Great location! 5 min walk to Tahuna. Our family made numerous trips to the beach during our stay. Short drive to downtown Nelson. Property was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Access was via a long steep driveway, this was the only downside.steep driveway so hopefullyskills are good.

Good location but...

This clearly is or was someone's home. It's looks like they have moved out five minutes before, only emptying the bedroom cupboards and drawers before doing so. There was even a couple of pairs of shoes left outside the front door. The rest of the house is cluttered and the kitchen is stuffed with implements, plates etc which are old or not really fit for purpose. The path from the driveway is an accident waiting to happen and the low railings around the walkway surrounding the house will worry parents with small children. On the positive side, the house is well located, convenient for the beach (although you really need to drive down as the house is up a long hill) and has good views.

Tahunanui property

This is a nice location. The house is quite old and it shows. Nice kitchen, though. The garden is totally overgrown and the foliage is obscuring the ocean view. Not sure if this something the management company is responsible for or if it is the owner’s responsibility, but the linens provided are old and smelly. Towels are absolutely awful and we hand a total of 3 tea towels for a full week that we spent with 3 and partially with 5 people. All linen needs to be replaced
