"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, just across the highway from the bay. The view was nice but it was of the dock for the big ships so it wasn't just nature, but rather of the workings of a big port. Although you could turn to the right and see the open ocean. We were very very lucky and were there the morning of the Iron Man and the bicycle portion of the race went by right outside our window!"

"Comfortable room with air conditioning, large bed and good shower. Loved the location being so close to Kings Beach. Secured car park. Only a short drive to restaurants nearby. "

"Nice hotel with an excellent location on the beach front. Rooms were clean speacious and very comfortable. plumbing in the bathrooms is a bit dated otherwise we had a nice stay. "

"Location was good the idea was tom have a rest after 30 hours flying and pick up our rental car from the airport the next day. Even thou this is a very large hotel our room was situated on top of the gigantic commercial extractor fan system,them the noise was constant. If you are using this booking system request to be away from it otherwise with jet lag is very hard to sleep. We enjoyed our breakfast. Staff was friendly."

"The ocean view was wonderful from my room. Room service was not very effective- I'd place an order on their app, but the app wouldn't always update if the order had been received or not (it's supposed to update the user with this info). I was required to use my CC on the app, but when my food was delivered, they'd ask again for payment. All of this made me uncertain if my initial payments went through or not, or if I'd be paying twice for my meals. The room service personnel did say I could send a screenshot of my order to the front desk to alleviate this uncertainty. The staff was happy to confirm my room service orders every time I called them, but I'd typically have to call to follow up on my orders after placing them on the app. Other than that, everything was great! The staff and room service concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property advertises that they have air-conditioning, but they only have air conditioning in the common area is not in the rooms themselves very disappointed. Contacted the front desk. They wouldn't do anything to compensate for the lie."

"I totally enjoyed my stay there, beautiful clean place with friendly people, by april i wl be ther again, tjs time i wl book a room with bathroom inside no shering bathroom, i like the place also is next to kfc, and spar "
