"We had a wonderful time staying at the nest. This was a welcoming , cozy, comfortable place to stay. It was clean, easy to find, and I'm hoping to come back when it's warm and the pool is open! The only thing I will say that could be taken as a negative (but was not to me) is their dalmatian is young and curious and is definitely a talker. "When I checked in - luckily I had a friend with me … Door 5 is in the shadows - and the only room in the building with a step in front of the door… it is the same color as the flooring and wall and I tripped on it and fell … never saw it and landed hard with a bag in my hand. If I’d have really gotten cut or severely injured - I’d have laid there a few days until someone came up there That needs some yellow tape or something to mark it so it can be seen!! Twisted one knee and scraped the other...

"Our stay was great! Centrally located to the downtown area, walking distance to most! The beach is a little further but not too far! The beds were decent, and everything was clean! Keep in mind this house is a historic house and does come with its share of creaks and old decor. Shelly the host was very welcoming and helpful. All in all I would absolutely stay there again. "
