Up to date rooms. Very clean and Friendly staff. But the walls are thin I could here everything all night from the corridor and the rooms either side of me very hard to sleep unfortunately

DeLorenzo's Studio Apartments
Nice room with small kitchen and laundry. All the basics were provided including some coffee and milk. Located within easy walking distance of main shopping and dining area of Nelson. Not a pretty setting (roadside and parking) but good value.

Kings Gate Motel
Walls, ceilings had many dirt marks and cobwebs. Door to water closet has filthy hand marks which I removed in 5 seconds. Curtains were filthy and/or ripped. Blind in kitchen didn’t work at all. They did not suit the layout of the windows and entryway. No privacy without blocking light. Zero greeting ...

Riverlodge Nelson
The room is not insulated. Making it very hot in the summer. Nor is the room soundproofed from the room next door. We could hear the occupants next door at 4.30am in the morning & again at 11pm -12pm in the night. The internet for the television would cut out after 20 minutes.
