Beautiful home. Was kind of difficult to find the check-in location and opening hours differed. The room was great. Very roomy and great amenities. There was also a car charger just 1 block away from the property for easy free overnight charging. Would definately be back
e-v chargers fast and free, bike path, bed and breakfast
Bed and Breakfast was great. Location was great to the bike path and e-v chargers. The room was very big, and the bed was comfortable. We will visit again.
We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was so nice to have breakfast provided and to be able to enjoy it in such a historical atmosphere. Would difinitely return.
We would definitely stay again! Fun experience but the hot tub was unfortunately not working on the property but they allowed us to go across the street and use the other property’s and the door knob to our room was a pain but overall a good stay.
The neighborhood is quiet and the property was decently maintained. The bed in our bedroom was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hostess is not gifted with hospitality but she was very nice.
We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was super friendly and good about communicating. Jen did an amazing job cooking for all of us and keeping the bed and breakfast clean. It was only disappointing in that we had the room booked for a few weeks, and someone who booked the night before accidentally got our room and we were the ones who had to change to a different one. Mistakes happen and it was not a huge deal to me at all. We still liked the room we ended up in a lot! The jacuzzi was also really nice. I loved that just a block over were really good restaurant selections too, and the property manager gave us really good recommendations for activities! I would stay here again or recommend to others.

Cute B&B but lacking in directions
When we arrived at the place, we were told we needed to go across town to pickup keys - something we were NOT told about in any of the correspondence with the property owner. We picked up the keys but they were to another property so we had to go back and get the correct ones. Not a great start to our stay. The property was as described and the staff working there were really pleasant and hospitable.
Awesome historical house! Easy check in, outstanding price, very large room. Tub drain didn’t line up and bathroom flooded all over the hardwood floors after each shower. Morning person making breakfast casually said “it’s been that way for months” Wait WHAT!? Months? 1 tiny mirror in the bathroom, if you have to dress for an event keep it in mind. Overall 6 out of ten. Would be 8 if not for the bathroom flooding which seemed to only bother me but I work in the insurance industry.
Spent one night here as it was a half way point to our final destination. Quaint over 100 year old historical building. We pretty much had the place to ourselves as no one but guests stay on the property. Other guests arrived after midnight but we never saw them. Walkable distance to small downtown with several bars and restaurants. Morning breakfast was usual fare but could have been kept a little warmer. In fact since there was only the two of us, the cook should consider made to order eggs, etc. She was however very friendly and informative.
Sat on the large front porch for a bit which was nice. Neighborhood seems to be somewhat run down. Overall the price was lower than staying in a hotel and we stayed in a unique property.

Good stay but Inaccurate Listing
We knew registration was at a different location. Unfortunately, once we discovered that wi-go didn’t work, the management company was closing. I placed two phone calls about it: I spoke with “Emma” the first time who promised to call me back. That didn’t happen so I called again an hour later and had to leave a message. No one EVER called me back.
Listing states there will be shampoo provided. This is inaccurate.
Breakfast is provided. It is an adequate breakfast. A refrigerator is in the common kitchen.
Quiet, Clean, convenient location to hocking and Athens, all amenities were included, breakfast was great. Although we were in a house with others, we had our quiet space, and the house was lovely.
