The holiday apartment is integrated into a disused East Frisian farmhouse and is located on the ground floor of the residential building (front part). It is secluded on the large property (>3,000 square metres), which is surrounded by mature trees. In the neighbourhood there is a restaurant, several large ponds for fishing, the "Eternal Sea" (nature reserve worth seeing) and a restored gallery Dutchman. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, a large covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, garden/lawn, storage room, separate WC and a large bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and bathtub. The flat has a separate entrance. It was renovated in 2005. The kitchen includes a kitchenette with electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
