Located within walking distance of Latchi's amenities, this car optional villa is ideal for those seeking fun and sun in Cyprus. Local beachfront tavernas are a short stroll away, alongside a supermarket offering fresh produce and local wines. Stock up and head back to the villa for a feast of traditional dishes, washed down with some cool wines or local beers poolside. Alternatively, if you choose to hire a car, the historic West Coast is a great place for sightseeing and exploring, with amazing walking trails and stunning beaches right on your doorstep.
Inside, the villa offers everything you may need from a self-catering holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and complimentary pool towels for the duration of your stay. As beautiful as the interiors are, we know you'll be spending most of your time soaking up the sun poolside, and with your own 8x4m pool, lazy days in the sun have never looked so good.

To access the villa there is a path which is 320cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 126cm wide. The path to the poolside is 172cm wide. The terrace is crazy paved, but spacious and open. From the patio doors, there are 2 steps down to the poolside. The pool itself has both ladder and step access. The steps have a handrail for support. This is a ground-floor property. The door to the double bedroom is 72cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 74cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 110cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
