The only issues were the floors were dirty when we got there, laundry was still in the dryer, and we never received any check-in info until I contacted the host. Not a big deal. Other than that we really enjoyed the house, the kids loved running around the backyard. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was in a fairly quiet area, with little traffic. I enjoyed reading the history of the home and land. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!"
