The room my family and i stayed in was great. Very nice, Spacious and clean. Hotel is Close to food and shopping.
My problem comes from the pool. It was very dirty and grainy. My son got a red burning rash from it twice. I brought it to the attention of the front desk person at the time. He was very unconcerned or sympathetic, supposedly called his manager with my situation and all i was told is that a third party comes to clean the pool and test the water and it’s fine. Tell that to my son who is writhing in burning pain because of the rash he got in the pool and had to get out on both occasions he was in it. Hotel is also under renovation lots of noise in check in area and no longer offer hot breakfast buffet. Only grab and go from a closet. This was my second time at this hotel. First experience was great, unfortunately this one not so much.

We stayed for one night after visiting a nearby art gallery. The staff was very professional and efficient. Check in was a breeze and when we had some trouble with our TV someone came up and quickly resolved the issue. The hotel was undergoing renovation so we didn't have access to the pool or the gym but the facility was clean and still functioned well. It was a little noisy from the traffic but not unbearable. The bed was comfortable and the following morning we had a very nice hot breakfast.

This property was just completely redone. It was beautiful and everything was clean and new. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast Buffett area was clean and food was delicious! I would totally recommend staying here and will stay again. Great hotel and staff.

I am shocked at how nice this place is. When i got here, they put me on the 3rd floor, where all the rooms are renovated, and WOW. It is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone was so kind, and as a solo female traveller i felt very safe at the hotel!:)

The Holiday Inn Express was convenient for us to stay overnight. We did book because there was a pool and gym, but it was under renovation when we arrived which would have been good to know. Otherwise, the property was newly renovated (or almost) and everything was clean and nice.

We had a 1.5 hour wait to get our room after the allotted check in time. The room was okay as far as cleanliness goes. Linens were clean and beds made. The provided breakfast was largely stale or cold food. With several items having run out after 2hrs of the time it was available. Seating in the dining area was also very limited.

Overall experience was good. Family enjoyed the clean room but the smart TV could not be connected to any phone or tablets with or without HDMI.
Also the room could use more 🗑️ and trash bags. Friendly staff.

Hotel was great - newly renovated. Only drawback was its right off Route 66 so you hear traffic but it was ok sleeping.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms were kinda old. We were placed in the first room right next to front desk lobby, a group was staying at the hotel. The parents were watching their kids “ding dong ditch” my room door. I had to open it twice and yell. Then walk the 20 ft or so to the front desk to tell them to handle it. They saw what was going on while it was happening and did nothing. I would never stay here again.

TV did not work correctly,there was no remote in the room but one was brought up by the front desk. It would not turn on the tv or adjust the volume. I had to turn on the tv from the panel on it.

Service by all staff was great. Loved the pool hours, buffet breakfast and frig in room. Bedding was comfortable. Loved the soap pumps in the shower. Trap in sink did not close and bathroom door wouldnt stay open.

This property lacked a couple of things that would have made stay more pleasant. There were no hangers in either closet of the suite we stayed in. A few hooks in the bathroom for hanging a robe and towels would have been appreciated, too. Otherwise, a good stay
