Charmante location un peu bohème, au loyer plutôt bourgeois

Une maison traditionnelle de ce village templier massivement rénovée mais un peu abandonnée aux nombreux commensaux de l’été. Nombreux équipements, piscine malheureusement négligée tout en restant agréable une fois l’appréhension de se baigner sans transparence surmontée. Douches et sanitaires étroits logés dans ce qu’il reste de place et combles aménagés difficiles à supporter en pleine canicule. Donc un séjour mitigé, la gentillesse et la prévenance de Stéphane ne parvenant pas à surmonter les petits désagréments liés à cet aspect négligé/bohème. Par ces temps de réchauffement climatique, la climatisation devient impérative pour justifier ce niveau de loyer…

Charmant mais attention !

Bohême, le lieu est assez paradisiaque et joliment décoré par du mobilier de récupération. Mais du coup tout est aussi un peu de guingois (voire dangereux). Nous avons rencontré un problème avec le propriétaire, Stéphane, qui ne répond pas à notre demande d'émission de facture de location saisonnière (plusieurs fois promise, émise une première fois à partir d'un modèle que nous avions fourni, mais le résultat est une "image" inexploitable, puis fut soi-disant améliorée, puis promise pour "le week-end suivant notre départ", et maintenant pour "son retour de congés") et d'un contrat de location écrit, que nous n'avions pas reçu avant le début du séjour, puis qui fut, pareillement, promis avant d'être maintenant refusé au principe que nous l'énervons avec nos demandes (simple relance courtoise 8 jours après la fin de notre location, à laquelle il n'a daigné répondre) Pourtant, cette obligation légale est en général parfaitement assumée, et avec diligence, par les propriétaires. Qu'en aurait-il été si un soucis grave était survenu ?... Les tensions qui en résultent gâchent inutilement notre fin d'été ; les vacances, c'est pas fait pour ça ! Pour cette raison, malgré le charme de la maison, nous vous conseillons d'attendre que le propriétaire "s'organise administrativement" et améliore sa "relation client". PS : Les pièces demandées, outre leur caractère obligatoire, permettent aux comités d'entreprise d'accorder leurs subventions... Leur non délivrance, ou leur délivrance tardive, peut financièrement faire du tord aux personnes qui en sont victimes.
