This was a great hotel in Mostar! We had booked a standard room, but were informed of an issue with that room on our arrival, and upgraded for free! Super convenient location, and run by a kind family who offered to help us at every turn. Highly recommend!

Overall, a decent hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are very basic and don’t have tea or coffee facilities. It’s advertised as a 4-star hotel, but I personally wouldn’t consider it to be 4-star quality.
