- Renovated holiday home in the sought-after Capistrano Village in Nerja with beautiful views over Capistrano Village and the sea.
This property consists of 2 floors and was partially renovated in 2026. Spanning 112 m², it comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
A few steps lead to the upper floor, where the living room, kitchen, and a new bathroom are located.
The living room features a seating area with a TV and a dining table with a beautiful view of the sea. WiFi is available, and both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
Sliding doors lead to the balcony with a beautiful view, and from there, a fixed staircase leads down to the garden, where there is a spacious dining table and a lounge area. The garden is walled and private, with a covered terrace and an outdoor shower.
The new kitchen is spacious and equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American-style fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom on this floor has been renovated and features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
A spiral staircase or a fixed outdoor staircase leads to the lower floor, where the 2 bedrooms are located, both with a double bed. The master bedroom has access to the garden via sliding doors. On this floor, the 2nd bathroom is located, also with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Capistrano Village includes several communal swimming pools (2 pools, one open all year, plus a children's pool), well-maintained gardens, a lounge, a restaurant, a bar, a supermarket, a laundromat, 24-hour security, and a bus connection to the center and the beaches. A tennis court is also located within a 15-minute walking distance.
Self check-in is available. A high chair and baby crib can be provided for an extra fee. One pet is allowed. Street parking is available nearby. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
