The villa is enclosed by characteristic white walls, offering a comfortable level of seclusion, and provides private parking for up to two vehicles.



Outside, the villa offers generous space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. A large terrace wraps around the house, and the private swimming pool (8m x 4 m, with a maximum depth of 2m) is ideal for cooling off and keeping younger guests entertained. At the front of the villa, a covered terrace with elegant arches offers a shaded spot to relax also featuring a barbecue area with a bar, perfect for leisurely outdoor meals. In addition to the pool and terraces, guests can enjoy a table tennis table, adding a fun activity for families and groups.
