Pedro Carlos House

House apartment of 60 mtrs of recent construction, very bright, located in the center of the town in a quiet area for rest and yet 300 mtrs from the famous Balcon de Europa and also close to the beaches. It has a double room (2 beds), living room with a balcony-terrace (shared with the bedroom), TV with international channels, wi-fi, parquet floors, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, open kitchen with combi fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and equipped with everything you need. It also has a dressing room, safe, bathroom covered with travertine marble with hydromassage cabin and electric towel rail. Going up another section we find the laundry area and the roof terrace (just as large as the house because it occupies the entire roof) with dining room, solarium, fountain, barbecue and fridge. From the terrace you can see the sea and the mountain. A treat! There are stairs both to access the apartment from the street and to go up to the terrace.

Wonderful Nerje apartment

The location of this apartment is fantastic, very central for the Balcon, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself has everything you would need, the roof top terrace is wonderful, and Pedro the host is very accommodating and responsive to any possible queries. It really is amazing, we will definitely be returning.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

We loved our trip to stay at Pedro’s apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The roof terrace is beautiful with views of the sea and although you are in the centro part of town it is very quiet and peaceful. We love Nerja and this is a great find. We would love to stay again. Cozy, clean apartment in the centre of Nerja. Beautiful roof terrace with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Particularly enjoyed the amazing shower! The apartment is ideal for two people to stay in Nerja.It is well equipped and the roof terrace is a sun trap with distant views of the mountains and sea. There is also a useful shaded area. The location is great , easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Pedro is an excellent host.

Perfect in every way

So enjoyed our holiday break at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro is a very charming and thoughtful host. Apartment is perfectly situated and only a few minutes to the restaurants/beach/ Balcon de Europe. The roof top terrace is a little gem for private sunbathing. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Excellent Location

The property is in an ideal location to explore Nerja and beyond, with the bus station being nearby. Many excellent bars and restaurants are within a short walk, as is a small supermarket and other shops. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet street. The roof terrace is great for a spot of sunbathing with sun loungers/parasol. Pedro, the owner, was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the property prior to booking, and accomodated our earlier arrival time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Excellent property

The twin bedded property was what we wanted. Pedro is a very helpful host- does not overwhelm you with details but is always available with assistance or advice when needed. Access is from street level but then upstairs to the living area. Further stairs take you up to the sunny and private roof terrace. The property is conveniently situated for fairly short walks to supermarket, bus station and to the Balcon area.

Fabulous Holiday

We loved our stay at Pedro's apartment, Pedro was there to greet us. We loved the apartment, it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the the rooftop & watched the world go by on the small balcony off the living room. There was plenty of glasses & crockery if you wanted to eat in. The beds were very comfortable & plenty of storage space for clothes & hangers which was a plus. The shower was lovely, especially being able to have music on at the same time. The apartment is on the doorstep to all the bars & restaurants & bus station, but it is still peaceful. We would definitely stay at Pedro's apartment again, Pedro was the perfect host. Can't wait to come back😁

My husband and I have had a wonderful week at Pedros beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated, fantastic location. So close to everything but peaceful too. The roof is beautiful and the little balcony off the lounge was lovely and cool for sitting with a gin and tonic before heading out to one of the many restaurants nearby.Communication with Pedro was easy and he lives close by if you need anything. We would love to go back again and would definitely stay here.

Perfect town house in great location

Really lovely house, with great roof terrace and great location. Well equipped kitchen, bbq on roof terrace and also separate roof top clothes drying area. Parking available nearby in Parking Carabeo, less than 5 minute walk away. Host Pedro is friendly, helpful and we can really recommend this property.

Bijoux apartment

We stayed for the last 2 weeks in May25 in this quirky apartment. It met our needs internally but the rooftop area was above our expectations. It was well appointed and the rear shaded area was welcome when the temperatures neared 40C. The location is excellent being a mere 100 metres to the top of the main restaurant and shopping streets. It was a 6 minute flat walk to the Mercadona supermarket…very handy. As we have been coming to Nerja for around 50years we knew most th8ngs about the area and did not need to bother Pedro, who lives next door. Absolute Perfection!!

This property was absolute perfection and exceeded our expectations! It was just perfect for my wife and I as we explored Nerja and the surrounding area. It is very comfortable and felt like we were living in the community. The restaurants, Balcon De Europa, supermarket are all within easy walking distance. Pedro Carlos was an excellent host! We spent quite a bit of time up on the terrace where we could see the sea and the mountains. A couple of afternoons we had some wine, olives and cheese from the market up on the terrace. Just absolutely beautiful! We also sat out on the balcony in the morning to soak up the local culture as Nerja began its day. We are very grateful to Pedro Carlos for opening up his home to us and we will definitely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay. Pedro, my thanks to you again!!

Great place

I stayed for more than two weeks in Pedro's house ad enjoyed every minute of it. Since Pedro lived himself for a long time in this house, it is not your typical tourist place; you will have no problem to feel at home here. It has all the amenities you would appreciate for a longer stay like a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The large rooftop terrace is a big asset, too. You can enjoy the sun with views of the sea completely undisturbed since the terrace is protected from the views of any neighbours. The location of the house is, in my opinon, as good as it gets in Nerja since it is in the centre and just a five-minute walk from the Balcon de Europa, but still outside of the busy tourist area (the part of the centre which the locals call "Guirilandia"). There is a very nice café just 200 meters away called Las Cuatro Esquinas - this is where the locals go and a great place to have churros for breakfast. A big Mercadona supermarket is just a short walk away as well. All in all, there may be cheaper places to stay in Nerja, but the combination of high-quality living and location makes this an excellent option for your holidays on the Costa del Sol.
